This is only a specific type of shark whose jaw functions this way. It's a deep sea shark unlike what you we typically encounter.

Holy Crap.. What kind of shark seriously does that?? I watched it for like 10 min and i still can't figure out what kind it is, or HOW it can stretch its jaws out of its body! It looks like it has an extra mouth INSIDE itself!! O.o

Unlike humans, sharks jaws are cartilidge attached by muscles to the skull. Because of this, sharks can actually "push" their teeth out of their mouths to gain a wider bite. This gif is an extreme example of it, however all sharks bite like this. (I knew that years of watching the Discovery Channel would eventually pay off!

Moray Eels are the same, they have a second mouth inside their throat that slides forward and pulls the food down into the throat to be swallowed.
