"alot" is actually a number so I'll assume you meant "a lot"
alot = 144
alot = 144

InCorrection!
Quote from Webster's:
A lot (two words) is an informal phrase meaning "many." It can take an adjective, for example, "a sizeable lot."
Example: Karl needed a lot of time for the job.
Allot means "to distribute between or among." It has the same root as lottery.
Example: He allotted three breaks a day to everyone in the department.
Alot does not exist as a word.
End Quote.

spud on Oct 9th, 2009, 7:19 PM
does anyone else here spring noise (sproinggg) every time he bounces off the ball and straightens out? There may be no sound, but trust me, it's there.
JB on Oct 9th, 2009, 8:31 PM
Anyone else notice that he defied gravity during that? Pay attention to the part where he gets airborne after leaving the ball and he definitely floats for a few moments. Fake unmasked.
Fenrir on Oct 9th, 2009, 10:27 PM
@JB - I'll forgive you because you probably are some elderly woman with a busted hip from walking up the stairs too fast, but there is the factor of momentum vs ultimate pull of gravity. He's "floating", because the momentum from him propelling from the ball is enough to keep him airborne, while gravity 'eventually' pulls him down, using his weight.
Fake unmasked nullified by common sense, physics and a little perception, as well as, well, being athletic.

His positive velocity changed at a rate of -9.8 meters per second squared, causing him to slow to a momentary stop (velocity 0), before falling at an increasing rate (all the while with the same negative acceleration). That's what we were learning in physics while you were snoring.

Annoyed, just shut up... You must have been a frustrated person in your life (with negatives in Math, of course). Just let people be and mind your own life :S
Kirby on Mar 12th, 2010, 6:27 AM
Yea, it's just inertia, transfer of energy and all that crap that keeps him "floating" for a second before he comes down. Totally looks legit.
Viking on Jul 18th, 2010, 12:04 PM
Im amazed at the stupidity in people thinking this is fake. Watch a lil show called sport science and they clesarly show in laymans terms how basketball players do the same "floating" effect.
