This is not a nuclear bomb. It is a lot of dynamite to simulate the exploding force of a nuclear bomb. The navy did these tests to see how ships would stand up to one. And clearly that explosion does not even look remotely close to a nuclear explosion.

if it was a nuclear bomb the initial explosion would have melted the dummy and probably the camera
