Not at all sure the bird deserved it. The vid starts with the elephant sticking his trunk in the bird's face so possibly the bird was merely pecking the trunk as a way of saying, "Get out of my face, you stupid elephant."

It would have been even better if the elephant used its trunk to pull the ostrich close enough to bite its head. Flat teeth hurt worse than pointy ones.

Well, I don't really like ostriches (they're stupid and aggressive). I do like elephants. Plus that elephant is obviously a baby. I think the ostrich was asking for it - if it was really annoyed it could have run away. Don't mess with elephants. The ostrich is lucky the elephants mom isn't around.

I, uh, don't think the elephant even knew what it was doing. It probably thought the ostrich was tugging away for fun. It could have ripped that poor ostrich's head off and never known it did anything wrong. Alas, the most brutal things in nature are committed by the most innocent...
