Not ice. water. Note the foliage of the trees in the background. There is a strange blip toward the bottom right directly before the moonwalker appears...and something just doesn't look right about those feet... when the heels are lifted, something looks wrong. I dunno... I could be wrong... but I think this is fake.
Can't be water, there aren't any splashes or ripples when the skateboarder goes through it. It might be a reflection on the road but I've got to agree that this doesn't quite look real.
There actually is a shadow on the pavement, just watch the front of the truck's shadow and right near the end his shadow breaks away from the truck's shadow.
@Miscellaneous: the shadow is there, the "strange blip" is one of his feet. The moonwalker is a professional:

I hate that people cant enjoy things, they just dissect them. That being said, I love when cynics are wrong :) this guy should be on eternalmoonwalk.com (if he isnt already).
He has a shadow, just look at the trucks shadow, and look at the front of it, the moonwalkers shadow will appear, it's just the perspective that makes the tucks shadow and the moonwalkers shadow join, also absolutely real, this guy is the best.
