It's clockwise - you can tell by the reflection of the upper foot. When you can see the reflection the foot must be near to you.

the reflection you see is when the foot is farther away, when its too close you cant see the reflection. counter clockwise!

Correcting myself - the reflection (or shadow) indicates anticlockwise, but the perspective of the main figure indicates clockwise (when the raised foot appears lowest, it must be near you.)

I really turns in both ways, since it´s a parallel projection without perspective (objects don´t get smaller over distance) and shading you can not tell if the body is turned 45° or 135°.

scroll down so you can only see from her knee down , you can tell she doesnt actually spin, she just bounces from left to right, right to left. The shadow concurrs with this. If you notice, just when her leg passes the midpoint, it seems to skip, because your brain cant measure the depth of the woman, it fills in the information to make it appear shes spinning

The nice trick here is to figure out how to watch her so she never spins all the way around, reversing the way you watch at each of her hip movements. Wondrous.

Lol... the first 1/2 of the video shows the figure going clockwise and it's silhouette going counter-clockwise, then it subtly shifts for the other 1/2 of the animation showing the figure going counter-clockwise and it's silhouette going clockwise.
As 'The Smart One' said, it tells you if both sides of your brain are communicating together. I was able to notice the 1/2 CW, 1/2 CCW due to the fact that my brain is working...

Easy way to change it's rotation, look at the outstretched leg and see it is a silhouette swing left and right and not in a 3D circle.
